Launch and manage a TandemOS venue website

Connect a public venue website to TandemOS events, guest information and website inquiries.

01

Before you start

  • Confirm you are working in the correct TandemOS organization.
  • Open the correct event, venue, space, person, or record before making changes.
  • Confirm your TandemOS role has access to the module used in this workflow.
  • Confirm the venue site is published and you have current brand assets, guest policies, and event information.
02

Complete workflow

  1. 1

Open TandemOS Suite → Sites and complete Sites onboarding if the product has not been configured.

  2. 2

Open the Website Builder and choose the site design/template, logo, hero image and brand color.

  3. 3

Complete About Us, Plan Your Visit, routing emails and other evergreen venue content.

  4. 4

Use Custom Pages for rental information, premium spaces, venue history, policies or other venue-specific pages.

  5. 5

Open Events to review the connected event calendar, add public event content and publish the events that should be visible.

  6. 6

Set one event as the homepage spotlight when appropriate.

  7. 7

Open the live venue site and verify navigation, event pages, tickets/parking links and mobile presentation before sharing the URL.

03

Verify the result

  • Preview desktop, tablet, and phone layouts before publishing.
  • Open every header/footer navigation destination and confirm the shared venue menu remains present.
  • Confirm the public event calendar, event pages, inquiries, and analytics update from the same Sites configuration.
04

Troubleshooting

I cannot see the action or button.

Check your role, the active organization, and whether the required TandemOS product is enabled. If the action is event-specific, confirm you opened the correct event.

The record saved but another screen did not update.

Refresh the connected destination and confirm the source record is in the correct status. TandemOS only carries forward records that are ready/published/approved for that workflow.

A public page shows old or generic content.

Open Sites → Navigation or Pages and update the built-in page hero/content or visual page blocks, then publish and refresh the public route.

This workflow does not live in isolation.

TandemOS carries the same event, people, permissions and operating history through the rest of the venue lifecycle.
