Core platform

Everything the building runs on, in one system.

Six connected modules share the same events, people, permissions, and financials. Start with Core — the venue products plug into the same record.

Booking & Contracting

Inquiries, availability, commercial terms, and executed contracts — the deal is the source of truth.

Event Operations

Timelines, tasks, and department readiness carried forward on one shared event record.

Staffing & Workforce

Shifts, assignments, coverage, and timekeeping across every department on show day.

Finance & Settlement

Revenue, labor, and expenses reconciled against the executed deal — every dollar traceable.

Insights & Reporting

Performance, closeout, and owner reporting built from the same event data.

Client Portal

Promoters and clients see documents, schedules, and settlement in one shared view.

How it flows

From first inquiry to final recap.

The event never restarts. Each stage hands the next one a complete, current record.

01

Book

Inquiry, availability, and commercial terms become an executed contract.

02

Advance

The confirmed booking becomes the shared record for every department.

03

Operate

Staffing, production, guest services, and show-day command stay connected.

04

Close

Revenue, labor, and expenses reconcile against the deal — then recap.

Add-on bundles

Add what your building runs.

Bundles plug into the same event record as Core. They are rolling out to design partners.

Problems TandemOS solves

Less re-typing. Fewer surprises on show night.

Spreadsheets and email chains

Holds, contracts, schedules and notes live on one event record instead of five files.

Double-booked rooms

The calendar shows holds and confirmed events for every venue and space.

Settlement night

Revenue, labor and expenses add up against the deal you booked, so the statement is ready after the show.

Scattered staff schedules

Shifts, coverage and clock-in are in one place, on a phone.

Departments out of sync

Every department sees the same version of the event, with tasks and notes.

Lost history

Incidents, changes and recaps stay with the event for next time.

Why TandemOS

Software that thinks like a venue manager.

Not generic project tools with a venue skin — operations software shaped by the people who run buildings.

One event record

Information entered once flows to every department. No re-typing, no competing spreadsheets, no version confusion.

Built for venue departments

Designed around how operations, production, finance, and guest services actually work — not generic project software.

Settlement you can defend

Splits originate in the booking and reconcile against reals, so the numbers hold up in the room.

FAQ

Common questions

What is TandemOS?

TandemOS is software for running a live venue. Booking, staffing, show day, settlement and reporting all work from one event record instead of spreadsheets and email chains.

Who is it for?

Theaters, arenas, convention centers, fairgrounds and other venues that book events and staff them.

What's the difference between properties, venues and spaces?

Property: a part of your business run by its own team, usually with its own booking and finances. Your plan sets how many properties you can have. Venue: any building or stage where events happen, even if it has its own address. A property can have several venues. Space: a bookable room or area inside a venue, like the main floor, a VIP suite, a patio or a meeting room. Example: Harbor Square is one property. Its Amphitheater and Music Hall are two venues. The Music Hall's Main Floor and Balcony Lounge are spaces. Not sure? Start with one property, add each building as a venue, and split them out later if your teams work separately.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Staff can see shifts, clock in and work show day from a phone.

Do I need any add-ons?

No. Core runs the venue on its own: booking, calendar, staffing and timekeeping, client portal and e-sign, settlement and reports.

What is a bundle?

A bundle is a group of add-ons sold together, such as Access (Tickets, Parking, Credentials). Bundles are sold whole, so the pieces always work together.

Give every department the same version of the event.

Start with TandemOS Core. Add bundles when your building needs them.
