Review the Event Memo preview.
- 4
Confirm the venue, space, event timing, contacts and department sections are accurate.
- 5
Attach any event files that should travel with the memo.
- 6
Generate/publish a new memo revision.
- 7
Use Communications or Client Portal to distribute the approved revision.
03
Verify the result
- Refresh the dashboard and confirm the new status or record appears where expected.
- Open the event activity/history when available and confirm the action is recorded.
- If the workflow affects another department, confirm the connected destination updated before considering the task complete.
04
Troubleshooting
Refresh the connected destination and confirm the source record is in the correct status. TandemOS only carries forward records that are ready/published/approved for that workflow.

This workflow does not live in isolation.
TandemOS carries the same event, people, permissions and operating history through the rest of the venue lifecycle.
